The Constitution makes NO DEMANDS with regard to “nbc”. Read it sometimes.

We must assume the drafters put the words ‘natural born citizen’ in Article II for a reason because they DEMANDED that a president be a natural born citizen to hold office. That term has to mean something more than just a garden variety ‘citizen,’ since they could have simply said ‘citizen’ if that was the case. Now, to determine what they meant by that unique term we need to go back in time to when the Constitution was drafted and read what they discussed and wrote on the term along with any reference materials they were relying on at the time they composed the Constitution.
