How are you going to advance conservatism/repeal Obamacare/balance the budget if Congress refuses? Rule by decree? Isn’t that what we’ve been fighting against?

I mean, reversing Obama’s EOs would be a good start that any President could do on his own, as well as enforcing the laws on the books. But after that, what? Can’t really get rid of Obamacare by decree.

Voting as many as we can out might be a good start, but after that, making deals from a position of power may (or may not) be the best way to put things back on the right course. I personally would rather not take any option off the table unless we have to.
