Earlier today, the Iowa Secretary of State released a statement about letters Cruz sent to shame voters into voting for him by claiming that knowledge of voter history and comparing to their neighbors. The letter misrepresents Iowa election law. Cruz told Iowans he will “apologize to nobody”.

Good Point! I think he's a strict constitutionalist except when his ambition gets in the way. I remember thinking at least Obama knew the Constitution but turned out he used whatever he knew to get around it. Strange that in many ways Cruz is the other side of the Obama coin.
