This is not a good home stretch for Senator Ted Cruz. IOWA For Trump @LandmanMarius just released this "leaked transcript" of what appears to be a Cruz supporter demanding answer regarding the invasive mailer sent to Iowa voters on Friday. It's clear from the leaked messages that the voter is furious with Cruz. The messages also reveals the possible spin-control statement if the story stretches out any longer. The blame is pointing towards "a glitch in the system" and still needs to be "sorted" out:

This is the final straw!

I've had it with Ted Cruz, Donald Trump is the answer to my prayers. ...If only I had seen earlier.

You Trumpeteers have worn me down.

Yesterday Cruz comes out and doubles down on the shaming mailers saying they were just a good and acceptable way to get people out to caucus, nothing to apologize for. Today it is “the blame is pointing towards “a glitch in the system” and still needs to be “sorted” out:”

He just trapped himself in a lie. Yesterday it was good, today it is a system glitch. It is a glitch now because of the angry feedback. Creep and liar, he just keeps digging himself in deeper for like the six time...loans, Canada, TPA, Crocker Bill, McConnell and on and on.

I am a Cruz supporter...but I can say without any excuse or preamble that this was a big mistake by Cruz.

People will see and feel “big brother,” all over it...they very thing Cruz is campaigning against.

In addition, it will offend, and then anger them, and they will most likely (if they vote at all), go out and vote against whomever sent such a correspondence.

Cruz has some knuckleheads working for him...or agents working against him.

Does not matter...he himself should have seen how crazy this was and either stopped it...or if he did not find out until later...he should have apologized and fired the people who were responsible.

This will hurt him, particularly in Iowa, but also wherever people hear of it...and you can bet the competition will trumpet it far and wide.

Breaking News from IOWA For Trump should be considered suspect...this is the same twitter account that reported from a fake source that Cruz campaign staff were quitting.

For a long time now, there has been a need to discontinue the “-gate” suffix. So let me suppose that henceforth, *any* and *every* reference to a scandal with the “-gate” suffix, be renamed:

“Poopygate”.

It doesn’t matter what scandal it is, who did it, whether it involved politics, sports, business, etc.

They are henceforth ALL “Poopygate”.

Maybe *that* will finally kill this vampire, drive a stake through its heart, cut off its head, and bury it in a bolted, garlic filled, steel coffin in sanctified ground at a crossroads.

A dumb mailing. But my mailbox had been filled with many dumb mailings over the years in a caucus year.
The Trumpeters are doing everything they can to give this lift.
Meanwhile Donalds very left positions on issues are ignored.

But that’s politics.

Anyone who says they are a Constitutional conservative will be extremely disappointed with Donald down the road if he gets selected.

I will do my part tomorrow in my caucus; and vote for the only Constitutional conservative who is running this time; Ted Cruz.

Is a ‘glitch in the system” anything like an “administrative snafu?”

Cruz’ opponents will be using this after Iowa from now on the the finish.

Cruz displays awful judgment, and has stupid staff.

Trump is right, we are being led by very stupid people, including several Ivy League lawyers.
