When I lived in Massachusetts, Brookline was heavily Jewish. Did that change?

I think it did but I’ve noticed a lot of reds of all stripes living there (when they sign ads, protest notices, etc). Even one rabbi up there is a lefty.

Newton was another reddish city as was the Un. of Mass, Amherst. Boston, forget it. Ruled and ruined by Dems and reds.

An old friend and mentor of mine was Herb Philbrick, the famed FBI undercover agent in the Communist Party, and it was in Boston that he was recruited in the 1940’s. The whole story of Communist infiltration of businesses in Massachusetts has never been told en toto, basically just in Herb’s congressional testimonies. It was bad and dangerous, esp. in defense industries.

There was some cleanout of them, but a hardcore of Party members and their split-off, the Committee of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism, are still active in the Boston area, as well as in smaller cities. It only takes a handful of dedicated reds and their liberal dupes to take over a small city/town’s city council (Look at New Haven, Conn and New York City Council as examples).

However, I know that the Jews of Brookline in the past, (I’m Jewish and wrote for Jewish newspapers), were very liberal and almost all were Democrats.

In fact, I occasionally read the Brookline Jewish News years ago. Too liberal for its own good.

Hope this observation helps explain some things.
