I'm with you on that. I was only intending to lose 1-2 pounds a week. But it's been consistently 3+ a week without even trying. I'm definitely not starving myself - I just stop eating when I am full. I started off the diet eating 2,500 calories a day and now I'm down to around 1,700 a day but only because I'm not hungry between meals.
Suddenly I'm drinking a lot of water too. I was never much of a water drinker before but this diet has me craving water.
