Someone should sue Trump for false advertising.

I am glad actually. I think this is smart of Trump because I think right now with Wounded Warriors being questioned on their practices. Trump taking time to investigate which group to give the money to and ensure the donations go to those who need it is a great thing.

Trump is brilliant and will ensure the money goes to the right organization.

God Bless Trump. President Trump will make our country great again.

Okay, if you feel that strongly about it, why don’t you file suit?

How is that false advertising? I can choose to make my donation or change my mind if I don’t want my $ going thru Trump’s foundation, but I feel more comfortable than having it go thru a donation site (i.e., gofundme) that takes its % off the top. Does anyone, anyone on earth, think that Trump is directing those funds for his own use? Or his foundation’s own use?

World Wrestling Entertainment has donated more money to his foundation that he has.

FYI, private foundations are some of the mostly closely examined entities out there. Donald Trump’s, especially given his wealth, notoriety and recent position as a destroyer of the establishment, IS going to be examined with a fine-toothed comb.

Without ever having met him, or having anything to do with any business connected with him or his charity, I can assure you that every single cent that he receives will be not only accounted for, but given out to various veterans organizations without so much as a single cent taken out for administrative expenses. Trump isn’t that stupid, no matter what else you may think of him.

Oh, and we’re not so stupid as to buy your accusation as being anything but sour grapes from someone who supports some (or any) other candidate besides Trump.

As for me, I’ve donated to Cruz’ campaign. I believe that Trump will be the nominee, but I’ve given him nothing, not even bought one of his hats. IOW, I’m not biased toward him - but even if I were, simple common sense says that he won’t pocket one red cent of the money he’s raising, not even to defray the actual costs of taking the money in and disbursing it. Go peddle that nonsense somewhere else.

Of course it directs all funds to his organization. This charade has never been about the Vets. Its about providing cover for avoiding the only Iowa debate 4 days before voting begins.

Sure, after you prove that 100% of what is now being donated did not go to vets as his site claims

Smart move by Trump to control the funds to avoid handing donations to high overhead charities like wounded warrior

This thread is idiotic.

A 501c can donate to another 501c. Did you really think all the money was going to be just handed to someone with no proof they really are in fact a legitimate Veterans Organization. Doing it this way, Trump can keep track of it and give it to various veterans 501cs.

100% of online donations on Trump's pro-veterans site will go directly to Trump's personal foundation.

Why not? What better way to insure the contributions go to the organizations who best serve their cause rather than the groups whose only purpose is to line the pockets of their so called directors.......

I'll go so far as to even call out that hypocrite leader of Afghanistan Veterans of America founder Paul Rieckhoff who currently receives an annual salary of $145,500.00............He's a known Democrat shill who supports Hillary Clinton

As a side note, I posted a picture of this poser who appears to have an enormous amount of ribbons for a National Guard member who only served one year in the middle east..........
