I just got another one just five minutes ago. No matter how many time I select “unsubscribe”, they just keep on coming. Can I file a law suit? Is there a “no email list” for Cruz campaign solicitations, sort of like the “no call list”? Actually, the NCL stopped working as soon as Obama took over, it has never been worse all the calls. So even a “no email me Cruz” list won’t either because the government is too busy figuring out who to sic the IRS on then doing something about no call list. In fact, probably 90% of all the no calls calling me now are the RNC and Cruz.
This email that just came in says:
“Ted Cruz Personal Email – May Include Privileged Communication.
(name), you’re my last resort.
I’ve got less than 36 hours to raise $126,000 or risk letting you and all of the dedicated volunteers in Iowa down.Â

If I can’t count on you, one of my closest supporters, then I could be in serious trouble...”
Please stop. Stop it. Can I file a law suit?
