The moderator is -actively- trying to harm his candidacy. Even throwing a moslem woman and a Mexican born army girl at him.
He has -zero- obligation to assist their nutty effort to hurt his campaign.

I really don’t think Trump is avoiding being hurt by Kelly. Fox put out this satirical attack on Trump which really stripped away any facade of journalism. At that point Trump decided to punish them and I think he made the right call.
I do wish he was a little more articulate in some of these interviews, But it is very hard to talk with BOR.

Why doesn’t Fox have a wounded veteran asking a question in a live debate?
That right there tells you their whole bias. So are they saying wounded veterans are not as popular as muslim and hispanic you tubers who have already gone on record for hating Trump?
What Fox does not get is that this is a Republican primary. We would much prefer to have a Wounded Veteran ask a question over the people they have chosen who have already said they hate Trump.
Hope Trump wins the Primary and hope Trump is as equally strong in negotiating the terms for the general debates.
People are so up in arms about these debates because the stupid people in charge of the RNC always let the liberals run the debates. Which means they plant audience members, they give the questions ahead of time of the Democrats.
Election cycle over election cycle, the Republicans have always acted like they had zero knowledge that the liberal press were going to collude with the Democrat party and give them the questions ahead of time AND defend the democrat candidate throughout the debate if necessary.
Romney pulled that against Newt Gingrich. He stacked the audience with his supporters AND the moderators were pro Romney and their number one mission was to take out Newt. It worked so well last time, they thought they could do the same with Trump for Bush in order for Bush to lose against Clinton.
That was the original plan. For Fox et al to collude with Romney, take out Gingrich, and then take out Romney for O to win. Romney was not in on the 2nd part of the deal.
And then along comes Trump. Trump is a hero for passing on this debate. Fox could have a wounded warrior ask a question, someone without a bias, but NO.
That is just one reason why this is a brilliant move by Trump. We have waited decades for someone like Trump. No one can criticize him for holding a benefit for Wounded Warriors. No one would be talking about Wounded Warriors if it was not for Trump. FACT
