Looks like it's official, at least for now. There will be no empty podium left for The Donald tomorrow night:
"DAILY MAIL - No trace of Donald Trump will be left at Thursday night's debate as a Fox News spokesperson confirmed that an empty podium would not be left on stage for the boycotting billionaire. Trump, over issues he had with Fox News moderator Megyn Kelly, declared last night that he would not be attending the GOP debate taking place in Des Moines, just days before the Iowa caucuses. Instead, he'll hold a fundraiser across town for veterans and wounded warriors, which means rival Ted Cruz will get moved to the podium that is front and center.
In other words, if Trump doesn't change his mind soon, he won't just be able to walk on stage at the last minute.

I think the real Cruz started showing today. He’s acting like a little boy who’s afraid of the dark and Trump just turned the lights out.
Trump didn’t get where he is by winning debates. He did it by action not words.
They should leave an empty podium. You never know, he might just show up just to embarrass them.
I’ve seen that Cruz for a while now and I don’t like it.

Indeed. I’ve never seen anything like it either. Every election has fanboy types projecting their own behavior onto others, but these Cruzbots are the most obsessed cult of personality I’ve ever seen. And everything they believe about this guy is a lie.
Their creepy effeminate candidate is whining like a child, demanding another candidate ‘debate’ him and they think he’s somehow winning something. All he is doing is looking desperate. It’s sad for him and sad for them.
There are going to be a whole lot of therapists getting frantic calls from disgruntled Cruz supporters come Tuesday morning.
