Ted Cruz Will Be Center Stage Tomorrow Night With No Empty Podium Left For The Donald
Daily Mail ^ | 1/27/2016 | Daily Mail

Looks like it's official, at least for now. There will be no empty podium left for The Donald tomorrow night:

"DAILY MAIL - No trace of Donald Trump will be left at Thursday night's debate as a Fox News spokesperson confirmed that an empty podium would not be left on stage for the boycotting billionaire. Trump, over issues he had with Fox News moderator Megyn Kelly, declared last night that he would not be attending the GOP debate taking place in Des Moines, just days before the Iowa caucuses. Instead, he'll hold a fundraiser across town for veterans and wounded warriors, which means rival Ted Cruz will get moved to the podium that is front and center.

In other words, if Trump doesn't change his mind soon, he won't just be able to walk on stage at the last minute.

I seriiously doubt Trump is afraid to debate Ted - Trump likes to debate man - to - man, not man-to-boy.

The Drudge poll for the debates starts the vote an hour before the debate even starts. That’s how BOGUS it is.

Yes, we all know Trump could puke on himself and the emotional voters would think it’s fantastic.

Trump said as much himself. He said you are all stupid. Later he said he could kill someone and you would still support him.

He’s correct. He’s a fantastic con man.

“Fox news interrogator Megyn Crowley will turn to attack questions for Ted. Good let him endure it for once. LOL!”

It would be good for once but Megyn would probably not want to do it, thinking she might do Trump a favor.

Who on earth would be afraid of debating some arrogant and effeminate junior senator? We already have one of those in the white house now and I bet Trump’s not afraid to debate him either.

If you think Trump beat Cruz in debate, then fact and law means nothing to you, just emotion.

I have no idea where "law" comes into this, but whatever, since your entire post is clearly not well-thought out anyway. You are projecting. You have nothing but emotion to guide you to your conclusion, since the only objective means of evaluating winners and losers in Presidential debates clearly imply that Trump has won each debate, by a substantial margin. These aren't debates in the academic sense. These "debates" exist to provide a way for candidates to secure public support and, even the most deranged anti-Trump hysteric has to admit that in this, the only real measure of success in political debates, Trump has clearly won.

Don't mean to puncture your little cocoon of anti-reality, but reason and facts are not on your side.

Cruz is the con man. He’s the one in Goldman Sachs’ back pocket, who voted for the Iran deal before voting against it and enabled Obamatrade. He picked a couple of unwinnable fights in the Senate, got nothing done, and conned you into thinking he’s ‘conservative’. It’s all just talk and you bought it. Hook, line, and sinker.

Seems, based on all the commentary, cruz begging trump to come to the debate, that Trump won the debate already.

Trump said the proceeds for the debates should go to vets.

Trump is doing an event which will benefit vets at the same time.

Seems a walking the walk proof.

it was reported that he put two $50 bill in the offering plate last Sunday, didn’t put it in a little envelope to keep secret what he gave. So that is something/s<P.

Any word if hell froze over that Sunday?

This is not a fluffy debating society. This is a street fight.

Algore was a “big shot debater” that lost to W.

Cruz crying for Trump to be on stage leaves cruz to wallow with the bottom tier candidates. (in an ambush situation set up by FNC to boost jbush)

nobody wants to watch jbush be a wonk.

or anybody else.

The debate is pointless without trump.

This was a hit job from the second this “extra” debate was added. It is supposed to rescue the bottom tier establishment candidates nobody wants to hear.

Kelly will be biased. that is a fact based on all her conduct and her husband’s davos comments.

Advertisers will be pissed.

I look for more holding back of poll results or poll results from obscure pollsters saying al gore wins the RNC nomination.

Law, as in Constitutional law, vs law as in misapplied eminent domain. You know, the thing that is supposed to keep a President accountable to the people instead of being a dictator.

I am sick of progressive, socialist dictators for president. My guess is you are not, as long as the Dictator says what you want instead of what the other guy wants.

What ever happened to freedom?
