For God’s sake, Trump did not drop out of the debate because of Megyn Kelly. She was no more than increased ratings to him. He dropped out because of this:
FOX News mocks Trump with this Press Release:
“We learned from a secret back channel that the Ayatollah and Putin both intend to treat Donald Trump unfairly when they meet with him if he becomes president,” Fox News said in the statement, adding this gem: “A nefarious source tells us that Trump has his own secret plan to replace the Cabinet with his Twitter followers to see if he should even go to those meetings.”
What a big baby.
So what is wrong with Fox responding to Trump, the man? He can dish it, but he can’t take it can he? Temper, Temper Mr Trump.

“Megyn Kelly is really biased against me,” Trump said in the video. “She knows that. I know that. Everybody knows that. Do you really think she can be fair at a debate?”
But Fox seems to have had enough of Trump’s threats, and released a sarcastic response implying that Trump won’t always get to pick and choose who he deals with in life.
