He said the fine for racing on highways is now Dh100,000 for cars... That's about $27,225. Pretty expensive fine. Still, you'd think the guy who can afford that Ferrari could pay it.

I've visited Dubai several times.As you approach the main entrance of the Mall of Dubai (an amazing place) you pass by the valet parking area.It's rare to see a car parked in that area that has a sicker price of less than $500K and many of those cars have Saudi plates (Dubai's where rich Saudis go to let off steam...if ya catch my drift)
