I’m so sick of headlines that try to drag people in with the idea that they have some new *secret* revelation and nobody else knows.

It may not be a "secret", but it's not something that is likely to make it into the "Common Core", or be talked about much.

Ask your Facebook friends, how many knew that the first actual slave owner in Virginia was Black?
