Two words: Supreme Court
How’s that working for you?
One word: Survival.
“Two words: Supreme Court”
One word: Opinions. That’s what courts do: they issue opinions, not legally binding laws.
We gotta stop accepting the leftist premise that courts can overrule legislative law; they can’t. Courts issue opinions. Period. The only way that a court opinion can become law is if a legislature passes a law that agrees with that court opinion.
It’s way past time for you, me and everyone to tell unelected judges that they write opinions, not law, if we want our constitutional republic back.
Most scotus justices were picked by gop presidents, and yet infanticide is still the law of the land.
So nine unelected political hacks in black muumuus hold an entire country of 330 million under their thumbs and we’re supposed to get enthused about who the next one is going to be?
Oh goody.
