People are coming to the realization that the “plan” that was supposed to cover all their needs is 1) WAY too expensive, compared to what they used to have; 2) subject to deductibles so high that effectively, they have no coverage until they have spent, out-of-pocket, approximately twice as much as their annual premiums for the basic health care “plan”; and 3) fewer and fewer medical professionals are available to deliver the services, such as they are, and they find themselves on longer and longer wait lists, effectively rationing the care they do receive.

Just going “bare”, no policy at all, and paying the out-of-pocket costs as they go, and risking a fine later, does not sound so bad any more.

You kind of missed the point I was making (sarcastically). The bummer admin will fake the numbers like they have since the beginning. No one really knows except the admin what the current enrollment rate is because the powers that be won’t release them as they only release what they want to.
