Sarah Palin, who was a vice presidential candidate, was governor of Alaska for nearly two and a half years before quitting, and had her own reality TV show, endorsed Donald Trump for President. In her own words:
Looking around at all of you, you hard-working Iowa families, you farm families and teachers and teamsters and cops and cooks, you rock 'n' rollers and holy rollers. All of you who work so hard, you full-time moms, you with the hands that rock the cradle. You all make the world go round. And now our cause is one.
Their cause is indeed one. Especially the rock 'n' rollers.
"Because a weak-kneed capitulator in chief has decided that America will lead from behind. And he who would negotiate deals, with the skills of a community organizer, maybe organizing a neighborhood tea -- yeah, well -- he deciding that America would apologize and as part of the deal, as the enemy sends a message to the rest of the world that they capture and we kowtow, and we apologize and then we bend over and say, 'Thank you, enemy.'"
True. Obama is so busy organizating neighborhood tea that the enemy captures the world.
"Trump's candidacy has exposed, not just that tragic -that ramifications of the betrayal of a transformation of our country, but, two, he has exposed the complicity on both sides of the aisle that has enabled it, OK?"
The transformation of America has been betrayed, very true.
"But for the GOP establishment to be coming after Donald Trump's supporters, even, with accusations that are so false, they are so busted, the way that this thing works. We, you, a diverse, dynamic, needed support base, that they would attack.
So busted! At least, in the way that this thing works.
"So no, we're not going to chill. In fact, it's time to drill, baby, drill down and hold these folks accountable."
Palin is right, we need to drill down, and say no to chilling, (and other ghetto slang).
"The status quo has got to go, otherwise we're just going to get more of the same. And with their failed agenda, it can't be salvaged. It must be savaged. And Donald Trump is the right one to do that."
Trump can be relied on to savage the status quo.
I found myself thinking that the way Palin talks reminds me of the very clear, direct, and articulate way that Trump talks. I think she is just as intellectual as Trump, who spent two years at Wharton college and had an uncle who taught at MIT.
Furthermore, they are both reality TV hosts!
And another thing they have in common: they both support amnesty for illegal aliens. That's right, Sarah Palin supports amnesty, and so does Donald Trump, by promising to deport and then bring back millions of illegal aliens in an expedited fashion.
If Scott Brown turns him down, do you think Sarah Palin will get another shot at the Vice Presidency?
‘Sarah Palin, who was a vice presidential candidate, was governor of Alaska for nearly two and a half years before quitting, and had her own reality TV show, endorsed Donald Trump for President. ‘
Let us not forget... she endorsed Ted Cruz too!
So when are you guys going to right this earth-shattering wrong against Cruz and form a posse and go shoot her?
Seriously get over it.
Cruz has Glenn Beck now. isn’t that better?
She also endorsed John McCain, so at best Sarah has been hit and miss. Now that her book sales are down, her shows are canceled, she exchanged her endorsement for a cabinet position, but it comes at a tremendous loss of respect from many of her supporters.
[She also endorsed John McCain, ]
And McCain won....
Is Trump a McConnell-Rove Establishment Tool?
the answer is yes.
I can give you 3 reason why, that happened just this week.
1) He supports the Ethanol subsidies, thereby supporting big government.
2) Cruz called out McConnell for lying, which McConnell did.
Trump sided with McConnell, saying he had to make deals with Congress, just like the Establishment wants him to do.
3) He said ââ¬ÅCruz would be worse than Hillaryââ¬Â, proving that he thinks higher of Bengazi-email-scandal-ridden-big-government Hillary Clinton than he does Ted Cruz.
Trump is becoming a louder version of Lindsay Graham-John McCain right before our very eyes.
It only took a week.
Yes, McCain won and the country was harmed as a result. Now she’s campaigning for Donald John McCain Trump, who is also a “reach across the isle” guy.
Sarah has given speech after speech decrying crony capitalism and the establishment, then hops in the with the biggest crony capitalist and biggest establishment guy of the all..!
umm.... remind us again which capitalist cronies are funding Trump’s campaign, and thus own him?
Oh my god! We are losing, quick throw up a new lie today and see if THIS one finally sticks!
Last I heard Palin wasn’t running for anything. She also has been quiet for a few years, unlike Glenn Beck.
Direct your attacks at Trump, not at someone who endorsed him.
I don’t think I have ever seen a campaign come out and trash a person who makes an endorsement for another campaign. Especially when that person gave the time to help your candidate get elected before. The endorser doesn’t owe the candidate anything. Usually it is ignored and accepted as a fact of life in elections.
Cruz probably would have ignored the endorsement of Palin’s for Trump until his campaign manager trashed her and set off a nasty Twitter storm.
According to Trump, himself. He’s the biggest crony capitalist running. He has admitted to buying influence by donating tens of thousands of dollars to Reid, Pelosi, Clinton, and “ole” Mitch.
Which is SUCH a softball for Cruz that it makes me reignite the thought that he and Donald are playing a deep and long game here.
I know that is the stretchiest of stretches, but rank speculating is allowed here, last time I checked.
Ed Straker’s daily hit piece. LOL!
Most of the article was quotes from Sarah’s speech. But that is what usually qualifies as a “hit” piece on Trump, his own words.
Interesting to see Cruz’s biggest supporters still viciously attacking non candidate Palin after Cruz was so gracious to her yesterday. I don’t hear these words coming out Cruz’s mouth yet his surrogates continue to bash her character and credibility. I wonder why that is?
First line includes a blatant falsehood.
This sounds like it was written by a junior high kid.
“Sarah Palin Endorses the One of the Way That It Is”
That sounds like something some Mindmessing Indian Guru or a stoned Janis Joplin would say.
