Hillary Clinton's campaign has begun fundraising off of Sarah Palin's endorsement of Donald Trump.
In an email blasted out to supporters, the campaign embedded a clip from CNN's coverage of the endorsement announcement on Tuesday with the chyron, "Palin endorses Trump: "I'm in it to win it."
"Friend, this could be our next president listening to his Secretary of Energy," Clinton's campaign wrote in the email. "Donate to make sure this is nothing more than a bad SNL skit come to life."
Palin told CNN in September that she would be happy to join a Trump administration and suggested she would be interested in leading the Department of Energy.
"Energy is my baby -- oil and gas and minerals, those things that God has dumped on this part of the Earth for mankind's use, instead of relying on unfriendly foreign nations for us to import their resources," she said on CNN.
The former governor of Alaska and 2008 vice presidential nominee formally endorsed Trump at a rally in Ames, Iowa on Tuesday evening.

Whether it’s for show, or go, the fact that Palin is back in the news, and supporting Trump, has the left in a flat spin.
They’re whinninying like the horses when they hear the nam, “Frau Bruecker” in “young Frankenstein”
They smear what they fear.
Sarah should endorse the half brain dead clinton for the pigressive primary next. I don’t think the witch could handle that.
