No Palin just gave voice to what many rank and file Conservatives have discovered.
Conservatives are the Blacks on the GOP plantation.
For decades we have shook our heads wondering why blacks line up to vote for the Dims decade after decade despite the utter destruction the Dims have brought to their community.
Trump has made many of them realize Conservatives are the Blacks of the GOP plantation. We line up year after year, sacrifice our time and money, and what do we get? A GOP political machine this is virtually identical to the Dims who comes around every 2 years saying âIf you just give us this, everything will be awesome.â
Ask yourself this. Despite giving the entire Government to the GOP under Bush, was any item on the Conservative agenda advanced?
Sadly the answer is NO. And what many of us are realizing is the tools of the Conservative establishment i.e. Town-hall, Heritage Foundation, Club for Growth, NRO, etc are the GOP equivalents of the ââ¬ÅCivil Rights Leadersââ¬Â that keep blacks on the Democratââ¬â¢s plantation
Excellent assessment.

I've been saying this for years and I couldn't agree more! But it's worse than that. Not only did nothing get advanced but Bush made things worse. His new Rx Drug entitlement, No Child Left Behind and a skyrocketing deficit that was the absolute worst in US history until the Won came along.
I've voted for the most conservative candidate in every election since 1984. I financially supported candidates all over the country since about 1996, to the tune of thousands of dollars. For what? So that they could get elected, go to Washington and spit in my eye. That's what for! To hell with them. I don't care about liberal and conservative anymore, it's all just a shell game and like every other shell game the sucker always loses and our overlords in DC see us all as the suckers. I'm voting for a true American Patriot, who can't be bought by the banks and the US Chamber of Commerce or any of the parasites on K Street, and the GOP can smear him all they want. The more they do the more determined I am to support him.
You just described yourself -- you are looking forward to voting for a demonstrated lifelong leftist moderate, believing that you're going against the GOP.
I got off that plantation in 2012 (voted for a plurality via third party), and would have in 2008 if not for Palin. She got me to vote for a wrong guy once. This second time my vote will go to the right guy or at least the right choice. The wrong choice is to vote for leftism -- trust me, I voted for Meg Whitman and Schwarzenegger, I've done it myself. See my tagline.
