Trump is a horrible speaker and a worse debater but his style appeals to a certain element.
He doesn’t do much explaining or go into pesky details. He just throws out promises and expletives.
He doesn’t sound like a politician because most politician have learned to express themselves better.
But maybe that is part of his appeal to the masses.
I think Jim Jones did this too. Quite frightening we have folks supporting him without substance.
