Count me as a person who will be VERY happy with either a Donald Trump or Ted Cruz victory this upcoming autumn.
It makes no sense to me why either group would seek to viciously clobber the other...since those soundbites will assuredly be used by Hillary C., Joe B., or Bernie S. later.

rhetoric especially from Cruz supporters has gone way over the top and is completely counterproductive.

I honestly don't understand the support for Trump. Where is his conservatism? The only thing he's got going for him that I can see is the border - and that's huge - and immigration from terrorist countries - which is also big, but what about his support for universal health care? I don't want oboma care!
What about his support for abortion at any time? That's fighting to me. All those dead babies!
What about his belief that the government can take homes and land away from any citizen at any time for any reason? I don't want my home stolen from me by a money grubbing politician. I want to keep it.
I don't understand this Trump thing. Not at all. So far, I haven't read any posts explaining it to me. It seems so foreign to me. Whats happening to my country?

All I can think of now when I look at Sara Palin is “all about the money”.

Unless you think he's flat out lying he says that he's evolved and is now pro-life.

Unless you think he's flat out lying he want to repeal Obamacare and replace it with what sounds like are sensible conservative alternatives...hsa's, portability, real free market competition (i.e. treat it like auto insurance).

I love Cruz but you Cruz people are completely unhinged. Read what you typed - shame on you

I second that. I would be happy with either Cruz (more conservative than Trump) or Trump (more appeal than Cruz and lets face it, a better chance to win). So much rabid hatred from the Cruz only crowd. My advice to you guys is to put down the keyboard and have a few drinks. Your gonna rupture a blood vessel. To attack her, not on the issue of her writing, but on her personal shortcomings is pretty sad.

I don't think you're going to find one politician who isn't for eminent domain. Trump is no different then anyone else on this. It's a non-issue.

The longer this race goes on the more it makes me hope for someone to come along like Mitt Romney.

Someone we can all hate together.

All but the Mormons among us that is.

WOW!!! Bristol just slam-dunked Senator Cruz's underhandedness in regard to these endorsement rumors. She did it in a more articulate way than any Ivy Leaguer has managed to accomplish!

Yeah, check out all the Cruzers on this thread. They are goings nuts. No, "Cruz spokesman is not bashing Palin" but they are.

It's all speculation. No one knows for a fact and they are getting all wee weed up.

Good questions. And Ted Cruz is right on all those issues.

I didn’t bash either Palin or Bristol. Bristol posts all the time on Facebook. Just chatty stuff sometimes. I’ve wondered before if she wrote the stuff but who cares.

I’ve always liked both of them. But this was such a childish and deceptive post. Cruz said nothing negative about Palin, except that he was disappointed.

I am disappointed as well.

But I’m not going nuts. At least not so far.

Unless you think he's flat out lying he says that he's evolved and is now pro-life.

He SAYS he's evolved, but for decades he's had no problem with it. Why the "instant" change? Could it be he wants to win and knows that's what you want to hear?

The same applies to universal health care. Decades of support for it disappeared overnight.

Doesn't this seem odd to anyone? He's SAYING what people want to hear, but he's never supported any of it.

This is what I don't understand. Why are people all of a sudden so trusting?

Oboma said he was all for the 2nd amendment, and people believed him. He said he was pro-family, and people believed him. He claimed he was A strong Christian, and people believed him. He said he supported RARE abortion, but was personally against it - and people believed him!!
Oboma wanted to win, too. he SAID what people wanted to hear, but his FRUITS ( his past actions) alerted us to who the real Oboma was. We knew the truth

So how can we be so deceived by Trump? What has he ever DONE that was conservative - BEFORE he decided he wanted to be president?

What am I missing here???

That’s suprising, I think she should of stayed out of it and let Palin take it on head on. Ever since Sarah didn’t run in 2012 I’ve been disappointed with her, this endorsement adds to my disappointment.

I don't care who gets what endorsements from who. Endorsements have no influence on who I vote for.

It's all speculation anyway. Rumors are not fact.

While Sarah is making her endorsement, maybe she can ask Donald about both Corinthians.

OMG. That was revealing wasn't it? Maybe Trump should steer clear of the Bible. He has no idea what's in it.

Personally I am not sure a Palin endorsement does much for Trump.

If she gives one speech with him and that’s it, probably a positive. But if she decides to hang around Trump from here on out that will be a negative for Trump.

*disclaimer-I can happily vote for either Trump or Cruz.

I question whether Bristol Palin even read the Cruz spokesman’s comments.

Her blog asserts he said emdorsing Trump would “damage” her mom and that Ted Cruz “slam my mom.”

Team Cruz is questioning the judgement & character of a conservative icon. Everybody but Cruz true believers can see it. Sorry.

Yep. Team Cruz picking fights with Trump & non candidate Palin. At the same time. Brilliant. Just brilliant strategy. Tricky Teddy will be lucky to get 10% in Iowa at this rate.
