Was it South Africa Brewing (miller) that bought them out?

That’s great they still use the place. I’ll have to try Iron City when I get back there next week. I didn’t have any time for any shenanigans this trip.

InBev owned them, then sold the brand (not the brewery) to AB. AB moved production to NJ.

Then a year or two later, InBev bought AB. Presumably to regain Rolling Rock.
