It’s a bitter cold wind here, but no snow to shovel.
We’ve had some cold windy days, but no snow. I worked longer than I expected to and forgot about lunch-so I put a can of tuna onto a few torn-up romaine lettuce leaves, added an avocado, a tomato, a boiled egg, poured on some vinegar and olive oil and made it my late lunch-now I don’t want the chicken I took out of the freezer for dinner-fortunately, I have some leftover grilled chicken to put into Husky girl’s food, so she will be happy...
