We don't all just sit here like milch cows chewing the cud until our time to be fired comes. The economy as a whole is a constant churning of jobs. If we count just people who are fired (or their employer goes bust) then it's about 10% of the workforce each year. If we add in quits (where we decide to leave a job for a better one) then it's another 10% of all jobs each year.
Meaning that we expect 50 to 100% of all jobs to change over those five years anyway: no, obviously not that all jobs will change but that as many jobs as 100% of all jobs will change. And here's the thing: each of those firings and quits involves some small amount of technological change.

They are over-hyping the future of employment, if only because of human demand for work / meaning and fear of machines.

two hundred years ago, 49% of the workforce were farmers. We should have banned tractors to save those agricultural jobs.
