They can do this in DC...but have zero jurisdiction in the states. The States need to stop this BS.

While technically they have no jurisdiction, they own the purse. If states don't "willingly comply", they'll jus shut off highway funding. That's how the 21 year old drinking age became nationwide.

The feds are masters at fiscal extortion. States’ should stop sending them money...keep the federal gas tax, etc.
