Rush, Laura, Hannity ... all deathly silent on the issue. My God it was if someone told them all to not mention this issue period. And they all dutifully complied. Who told them to? Do you realize that if this issue was discussed thoroughly, Obama may not have even made to the WH?
Levin had the opportunity and the Legal Foundation to carry this discussion forward. But he wimped out. And that is being kind. Can you imagine what the world would be like if Obama had never become President? If anything, it certainly would be a much better, more peaceful place.
So tell that so-called great defender of the Constitution that he failed miserably. It tough to get anything done when you are hiding under your bed.
All probably realized that it was a ratings killer. The reason that these three are among the ratings leaders is that each has a good instinct about what interests listeners. Several less-popular talk show hosts tried the topic and it really went no where.

I doubt it myself. I would guess that the previously-mentioned talk show hosts probably concluded the same thing. Why ruin your ratings for a topic that probably isn't go to go anywhere?
