And we can’t have that. I wonder how the next wave will go with LA full, it was such a great threat for 20 years. Of course now we have San Antonio and OKC and St Louis on the table.

I still think the NFL made the move real smooth for the Rams because they were the ones who allowed the NFL to save face and draft Michael Sam.

I understand.
Can’t say though that I have a lot of sympathy for the fans. They are free to vote with their pocketbooks.
The ones I have more sympathy for are city taxpayers who are forced to pay (taxed) even if they voted against a city tax for a stadium.

I'd like to be informed as to the tax rate imposed on stadium unimproved land compared with the same tax rate after the buildup. Another comparison being the percentage increase in taxes on the improved land over time compared to other real properties. There are many tax schemes by local governments with regard to stadia. The team owners are always more intelligent than the municipal politicians.
