I appreciate the tip but why should we have to do this? I don’t have to do it on any other message boards. Why can’t Fr correct this and save us the hassle?

I’m puzzled why Jim R doesn’t make this a top priority and get it fixed. Or at least communicate a plan to get it fixed. He’s been quite silent on this since it started.
