I just came from the National Review Online website, and it seems to be under an unprecedented attack from trolls, who are flooding threads with obscene, hostile, and extreme content. The trolling comments are so pervasive that they would overwhelm the efforts of moderators to control them. This seems organized, and it is extremely disturbing even if you think NRO represents "pantywaist" conservatism. FR could be the next target for this sort of attack. The comments are so bizarre and often self-contradictory that they have - dare I say? - a demonic tone.
A quick check showed a lot of deleted posts, so maybe NRO is on top of it now.
Troll swating attack. Soros and others hire a bunch to disrupt.
Interestingly, the kooks over at the Daily Stormer website(http://www.dailystormer.com/) have an article about clobbering NRO tonight. They had it up before the attack started.
I agree about Nolte. What he did to Cruz was despicable. I was happy to hear Mark Levin rip him a new one.
Nolte is a nobody...a loser unlike Mark Levin.
NRO said something mean about Trump. Trumpskis.
FR has become Trump Central. Clearly this is no longer the place of freedom loving conservatives. The new DU: Donald Underground.
Sounds like they get left wing trolls to flood the comment section with people yelling “fire in a theater” comments then the FCC has excuse to shut down the site.

And, after going to National Review Online for the 1st time in a long time, I see what you mean about the attacks.
I'm a sympathetic audience. NRO has a few columnists I like.

Well, everyone makes a occasional mistake.
Cloud Flare only handles DoS attacks. It will do nothing about people making offensive posts.

I’ve never heard Trump vow support for the site you mentioned.
Someone used to do Kook Alerts with rolling eyeballs for the o’s. I thought he did those as well. May have been someone else.
