I was being rude by calling her a cow. It’s what she does and says that makes her ugly, not her average physique.
Speaking as a physically fit middle-aged man, a somewhat plump woman with good style, taste and humor can be very attractive.

Exactly my point. There are beautiful people of all sizes out there. A good character is the most important thing, followed by good posture, good grooming, and well-chosen clothes.
Lena Dunham seems to have none of these qualities, except for good posture. She often (always?) looks dreadful, but I haven't noticed that she slouches.
