One whacked out person...too bad they cannot give her death. She killed her daughter, who was 176 and a gifted High School student because she said, "No one would be there to take care of her after I committed suicide."

So she shot her own daughter twice in the head, waited 30 minutes to make sure she was dead, then shot herself in the chest...but did not die.

Totally whacked.
