As to your point about group differences in scientific and technological achievement, if you haven’t seen it already, you might enjoy Michael Hart’s excellent book, Understanding Human History. Dennis Prager’s book “Still the Best Hope” discusses the war of the world views, Islamo-fascist, Judeo-Christian American and liberal secular.
And he brings up how Judeo-Christian American values that respect diversity of religion as long as basic decent conduct is adhered to, freedom of speech, respect for business (which is rare in the world) and innovation are something we can export to the benefit of the world.
