I knew a gal that was paranoid schizo. Really sad. The police already knew about her. They were on her list of people to call to tell them to stop spying on her. Along with the local university, congressmen, etc. She WOULD get a visit by them to get her to stop banging on the neighbor’s door at 3 a.m. to get the neighbors to stop spying on her.
