Nonsense... Damascus is just fine.
As to your picture, I made the same point over a year ago,
That while prophecy watchers are waiting for Damascus to become a ruinous heap in some sudden and immediate sense, its really almost here already,
Sure I understand there is a feeling of urgency in Isaiah 17, but how far do we really have left to go, and where does it state this prophesied event will occur in one hour of one day. Whereas it does say clearly the timing element for Mystery Babylon’s destruction is one hour of one day and all her riches will come to nothing,
Recently I saw a rather skewed video on youtube about ‘Mystery Babylons true identity’ and the false prophet calling fire down from heaven. The video showed this person standing in front of a rebuilt temple (presumably in Jerusalem) and holding his hands up in the air ala Moses parting the waters and a fire came down from the sky,
However, like your graphic, I see this event already nearly here, meaning right now any would be enemy of the state deemed a person of interest (terrorist) could have a drone circling overhead their home at five miles out, completely unaware to the occupants of the home and being on some covert government hit list for not conforming to the evil Antichrist obamastate and that beast could call down ‘hell fire’ (missiles) from the sky, what really is the difference here? I used to wonder that it was nuclear bombs, but other nation states acquiring nuclear bombs could make war/detente against that, but not so for individual Christian enemies of the state failing to worship the beast, they would neither desire it nor have the necessary resources. Again, its just a matter of perception,
Who can make war with that? I mean as individual believers if the all powerful state perceived us “the enemy” and made the case to its adherents/citizens as being necessary for their own homeland peace and security,
And how could we (as individual believers) make war against that?
Again prophesy fulfilled but not in the way or manner that many are looking for it to arrive as some Cecile B Demille epic,
