The effects were good and it was decent entertainment and worth seeing once. To me it was about the same level as the last 3 Star Wars movies — maybe -— but not in the same league with the first three movies in the franchise. Reason? The writing was weak.

I also found the voice of the young darth vader wannabe to be quite pathetic. It sounded like they used a cheapo headset mic in his helmet. All that money and they used a headset mic? That part of the movie reminded me of Space Balls as it seemed like they were spoofing Darth Vader’s voice

That's exactly what I thought - when he took his helmet off I was expecting to see Rick Moranis. :)

Weak, weak villain - even compared to Darth Maul or Count Dooku. Movie was OK, though. Just not a lot of plot development.
