This prince must have done something to provoke the action of the cops. There is just not enough information to say he was beaten as IMO a beating is not shown. Yes, he was physically removed from the car, and he appeared to resist, and the cops had to subdue him. But I would not call it a beating.
Correction to my earlier post. Now that I watched the youtube full version with sound, this jerk had it coming. I do not blame the cops.
