“He’s a young kid...he’s a good kid,” she added. “They weren’t drinking or anything. They were taking a picture.”

This kid was not the innocent victim of an unfortunate accident. He was trespassing, and had to make a real effort to get into that shaft and climb the scaffolding. I realize this is a real tragedy for his family, however, he put foolishly himself into a position that cost him his life. I just wonder if the family will now try to sue the hotel.
