Hillary does not want to debate Cruz. She knows, even if you don’t, that he is the toughest challenge she could face. Cruz did not have a national debate forum named for him for nothing. If he can persuade 9 Justices on the SC and win multiple cases, he is a formidable opponent.
Cruz will be far easier for Hillary to crush than Lazio was.
Just so you might finally "get it"....Hillary does NOT play by the rules, she does NOT actually debate, and someone who dose is very easy prey for her to pick off.
