No kidding-if I’d done that to one of mine, I’d never close my eyes again...
There's the difference, do this to a dog and they will make you feel guilty, do this to a cat and it will puke in your shoes, pee on your bed and defecate on your carpet. And you will count yourself lucky if that's all the cat does.
I have dogs and cats and I would much prefer the dog was upset at me, because I know he'll forgive me as soon as I give him a treat, a cat will hold a grudge for a long, long time.
The payback is already in effect, owner just doesn’t see it yet.
