+1 for Auslese and also Trockenbeerenauslese. I would not refuse Eiswein either.
There was a vintner in Zell-Merl that got 90+% of my business. I'd go see him every 4-6 weeks, and he had a vintage of eiswein that was so small, the wine labels were typewritten.
I'd usually spend three hours each trip, mostly talking cars and world events. He had a lot of business from Hahn AB, word travelled fast about the quality of his wine.
I usually bought a case, but I wasn't that big a drinker. For some reason, our hails & farewells were held within a 15 minute drive of my apartment, and my after-parties were well attended.
My landlord didn't mind the commotion, we were pretty well behaved.
