The lawless will never acquiesce to those seeking to restrain them by civil means.

Period.

Makes no difference how many state legislatures sign on to Amendments. Only moral and religious people abide the ‘law’. The wicked are a law unto themselves, and the wicked impose their will by the end of a gun and have no fear of We The People.

An Article V Amendment proposal is fine to establish the fact that civil means and recourse to petition redress and restore what were abolished by those in power now is no longer possible.

I will say this again; you cannot stop tyranny via civil means.

Unless and until those in power truly fear a moral and religious people doing what must be done to preserve their liberty - then the Constitution and what remains of our freedom is dead.

The Tree of Liberty has withered because few will even allow themselves to ponder watering it.
