Friends, it's Sunday night again and time to relax. Warm up the tubes for another 4 hours of classic radio Americana.
Info *tonight's show will be available at the "Info" link starting tomorrow.
Official OTR blog of "The Big Broadcast" thread:
Evening all...and Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Love the highlights in tonight’s lineup...they’re mixing up the first half hour...but then we have one of the greatest OTR programs rarely played on the BB: The Six Shooter and love this sappy story line of Britt Ponset’s Christmas Carol...we go weak for an hour with Father Knows Best and Red Skelton...Great Gildersleeve...and a Christmas Suspense! Pretty cool.
How’s it going? Is the shopping done yet?

I’m amazed of how poorly some JD shows can end. 5 episodes to have it all end in 30 seconds, anti climatic and hollow. Meh.
Sing with Bing Ping
That’s right...but we got shorted on Bing...
This The Couple Next Door is terrible...15 minutes of family whining on somebody calling someone else the wrong name...
Hi, Vision! I’m just now sitting down! Been extra busy because I added a round of chocolate chip cookie baking this afternoon. So, between that and laundry, etc., I’ve been shakin’ and bakin’!
Merry Christmas to you, too! Ours will probably be low key. Our wedding anniversary is on Christmas Eve, so we might try to figure out something nice to do. Do you have big plans this week?
HAHAHAHA!!! Keith and I said the same thing about the Couple show. Very lame!
Just a crummy commercial
Happy Anniversary.
I'll be heading down to Williamsburg for a few days, will be back for next week's BB.
Gunsmoke!
Thanks, Vision! I hope you have a great time, too!
Bing Ping!
Yay, Bing! :-) After my favorite Gunsmoke of all time!
The Six Shooter...Jimmy Stewart time!
That is a good GS.
The score of the Six Shooter gets me right in the heart...
