I mean. Imagine being an NCAA ref crew who's about to look @ 40-odd bowl games. And you are told pre-bowl season by a prophet that in the first 21 clock minutes of a game, one of the bowl games would have four unsportsmanslike conduct penalties + a sideline warning (0-yd penalty but meant to send a message to sideline about their location or conduct).
I would think any NCAA ref would think that the BYU-Utah game would be the last game they'd think that would occur.
The Utes even lost a player -- disqualified for the game -- because both of Utah UCs were on him.
(Oh, & the sideline warning?) Versus BYU, of course!
The second roughing call was bogus, in my opinion.
