IMO, the wobble is generally well understood and it changes over time in a cycle. They charted it some time ago.
If anything, plate tectonics may have a effect as it tends to change to diameter of the planet...
Melting or building of glaciers would have no measurable affect compared to plate tectonics.
The earth is always in a state of change. man has nothing to do with it, nor can man control it in any way, shape or form..
