Governments have adopted a global agreement that for the first time asks all countries to reduce or rein in their greenhouse gas emissions.
Loud applause erupted in the conference hall outside of Paris after French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius gaveled the agreement Saturday. Some delegates started crying. Others embraced.
More than 190 countries had been negotiating the pact for four years after earlier attempts to reach such a deal failed.

A Western diplomat tells The Associated Press that Paris climate talks have been held up for nearly two hours because the United States objects to one word in the draft agreement.
The diplomat, who spoke on condition of anonymity Saturday because he was not authorized to comment publicly, said the U.S. wants the word "shall" changed to "should" in a clause on emissions targets out of fears that it might require the Obama administration to seek approval from the Republican-controlled Senate.

Some delegates started crying, realizing that they were4 now going to be rich beyond their wildest dreams.
What does Congress have to say about it?
so they agreed on NOTHING
So is it “shall” or is it “should.”

Pretty much sums it up right there folks-
The United States is a sovereign nation and not subject to these “International Agreements”. And any agreement the feds make internationally MUST conform to constitutional limitations.
French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius
Hold onto your wallets. The freeloading, thirdworlders are coming to steal your money. How ‘bout that Kenyan boi. Selling our America that is full of “refujihadis” to China, giving our money to freeloading thirdworlders and destroying out Constitution and Bill of Rights freedoms. Good job Low Info voters. Morons.
So we have yet another impeachable offense. Treason for intentionally trying to bypass congress in international negotiations.
[[What does Congress have to say about it?]]
They will say
“Golly, (wringing hands together profusely) What can we do about this? It’s the law of the land now. We have an obligation as citizens of the United States to obey the law of the land. Our hands are tied”
The emergency could wait? That probably killed a few hundred right there...
Kumbaya. So they can all get back into their limousines and private jets and feel good about themselves.
On, I think is really all about the billions to be made on the Carbon Exchange. That means rich financiers want this. And they get what they want.
Are we saved now? How much do I owe?
Trudeau’s people said it doesn’t go far enough in Destroying the West
[[I think is really all about the billions to be made on the Carbon Exchange.]]
We’re talking trillions- remember, this is just what our country is going ot give to other nations, this doesn’t include the massive fines, taxes and regulations back here In the states that are already being imposed on businesses- and the massive cost increases we are all faced with as businesses pass along their costs to we the consumers
For once the Republicans need to put on their big boy pants and shoot this thieving scheme out from under Obama and his thieving pals. We gave the GOP the power they need but they refuse to use it. Old Horseface’s “deal” is not legally binding without the approval of Congress. If the pen and phone boi wants to force the issue, Congress needs to begin the impeachment process against him.
That tells me that this "deal" is not legally binding and either Trump or Cruz can tell the thieves at the U.N. that this isn't going to happen.
