I’m sorry about DP’s allergies. As much as I’ve been suffering from them this year, I really don’t like to see someone else going through the same misery.
If I had the money, I would go to one of the little local casinos here for a yummy corned beef and cabbage meal on Thursday. Or I could buy the corned beef and cabbage and make my own...
It sure sounds yummy. They are probably serving it today, what with the St Pat’s Day parade, but the places will be packed. It would be fun to cook it, though... I could even make it in my crock pot. :o]) And I bet my company would like it, too!
