i hear ya, kinda like politicians kicking political cans down the road to go off only after they've left officenot too much room in backyards for them, many were put under driveways too because the houses are close together and backyards are small... also, they are unsightly and ugly... that’s why there are still over 100,000 ust’s in NJ... they were all put underground over 60 years ago when oil burners became the norm. I guess back then, they didn’t care if they rusted in 60 years. The people who put them there are all dead and buried in the ground with their oil tanks.
