I am most definitely sympathetic to your comments.
But this is one of the precious few animal threads I see as actual abuse or at least, severe neglect. I am an animal lover but rarely do I see a story that actually seems to justify the vitriole and punishment meted out.
I think she is getting what she deserves.
Either way, we don’t have to have this detract from the very serious issues.
I saw the thread and article and perhaps 6 months ago I might have been more sensitive to those upset...but with what is happening now...the animal cruelty stories, while aweful just don’t get me in the same way. Seeing pictures of what ISIS did to those children and women has put my thinking into a new place...almost existential!
