Last year Ted Cruz introduced legislation to strip passports from those who go to fight for ISIS. Naturally the democrats declared it to be unconstitutional but I do know that it was legal in the past.

Cruz has been leading on this issue all along. We have some obstacles in the Senate that need to be removed.
