Reminds me of a friend who let his kids play in the street, he wanted to get a speed limit sign installed! told him to stop your kids from playing in the street. No, he wanted to cars to slow down, well Ok, but they can be just as dead at 25 mph. But seriously: Why not reduce the speed limit to a "walking pace" - at least in residential neighborhood? Because the drivers are in "too much of a hurry?"
